Ligurian ingredients are quite different, and include several types of seafood dishes, nuts and olive oil.

  Some Jamaican cuisine dishes are variations on the cuisines and cooking styles brought to the island from elsewhere. Others are novel and have developed locally. Popular Jamaican dishes include curry goat, fried dumplings, ackee and salt fish (cod) (the national dish of Jamaica), fried plantain, "jerk", steamed cabbage and "rice and peas" (pigeon peas or kidney beans).

  Japanese cuisine is based on combining staple foods typically rice or noodles, with a soup and okazu dishes made from fish, meat, vegetable, and tofu. These are typically flavored with dashi, miso, and soy sauce and are usually low in fat and high in salt. Japanese meal generally consists of several different okazu accompanying cooked white Japanese rice, a bowl of soup.

The most important and frequently used spices in Mexican cuisine are chili powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro, epazote, cinnamon, and cocoa. Chipotle, a smoke-dried jalapeño chili, is also common.

  Pizza in the US often called pizza pie, is an oven-baked, flat, disc-shaped bread typically topped with a tomato sauce, cheese (usually mozzarella) and various toppings depending on the culture. Since the original pizza, several other types of pizzas have evolved.

  Seafood refers to any sea animal or plant that is served as food and eaten by humans. Seafoods include seawater animals, such as fish and shellfish (including molluscs and crustaceans). North America although not generally in the United Kingdom, the term seafood is also applied to similar animals from fresh water and all edible aquatic animals are collectively referred to seafood.

Vietnamese cuisine is a style of cooking derived from Vietnam with fish sauce, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables all commonly used. Vietnamese recipes utilize a diverse range of herbs, including lemongrass, mint, long coriander and Thai basil leaves. Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for freshness of the ingredients and for the healthy eating style.

  A Buffalo wing, hot wing, chicken wing or wing is a chicken wing section (drumette or flat) that is traditionally fried unbreaded and then coated in sauce. Classic Buffalo-style chicken wing sauce is composed of a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and butter.[1] Buffalo wings are traditionally served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
